Hi,I'm Maggie!
Education + Credentials
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) - International Coaching Federation
Certified Life Coach - Life Purpose Institute
Bachelor's in Psychology - University of Missouri - Columbia
I'm passionate about helping women feel empowered to create a fulfilling life on their own terms. Throughout my life, I struggled to establish boundaries within friendships or romantic relationships. I was always caretaking and people pleasing which led me to abandon myself and lose my personal identity. Learning how to prioritize and communicate my needs brought me back to my true self.

Now, I help women learn who they really are and what they want out of life which enables them to grow their confidence, advocate for themselves, communicate boundaries, and so much more.

I've worked in the nonprofit sector for nearly 15 years and always had a strong desire to help women own their power and create a better life for themselves. I decided to build my skills in developing others and became a certified life coach. Since then, I've had the honor of coaching more than 100 women totaling more than 650 hours.

Along the way, I pursued advanced coach training and earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF is largest accrediting body for coaching and sets the gold standard. I currently serve as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the ICF St. Louis Charter Chapter.

When I'm not coaching, I love to be outside hiking, walking in the park, traveling, or hanging out on a patio with family and friends. Warm weather, sunshine, beautiful flowers, and changing Fall leaves bring me so much joy!
